These Terms govern the Nubesjetcorp website, consultations, quotations, and private charter services. By using the website, requesting a consultation, accepting a quotation, or paying, you accept the terms relevant to that activity.
The website presents aircraft and charter information. It neither processes payments nor creates flight bookings. Aircraft descriptions, photographs, capacities, ranges, amenities, and route examples are informational. Actual features depend on the aircraft, configuration, payload, weather, airports, and operating conditions.
A website consultation request creates a temporary appointment record for 48 hours. It is not a flight reservation, aircraft hold, accepted quotation, or charter contract. Our acknowledgment reserves no aircraft, crew, airport slot, permission, or departure time.
You must attend our Hong Kong office at an arranged time within that period. Otherwise, the request expires automatically without a fee. A new request may be submitted, subject to appointment capacity.
At the office, our representative will discuss your route, dates, passengers, baggage, documents, accessibility needs, catering, ground arrangements, and related requirements. You must provide accurate information for every passenger.
We will prepare a proposed charter plan. Recommendations remain subject to aircraft and crew availability, operator acceptance, airport restrictions, permissions, weather, payload limits, and route feasibility. Tell us promptly about changes because they may affect the aircraft, itinerary, price, or departure.
After consultation, Nubesjetcorp may issue a written quotation stating the service, aircraft, itinerary, passenger allowance, amount, deadline, and specific conditions. It remains open only for its stated period and may be withdrawn before payment if availability changes.
A booking forms only when you accept the quotation, pay the full amount through an office payment method, and receive written confirmation. Website submissions, discussions, draft plans, and unpaid quotations create no booking. Pay in the stated currency. Included and excluded charges will be disclosed before payment.
An independent air operator may operate the aircraft. Hong Kong flights remain subject to applicable permits under the Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations, Cap. 448A, and requirements under the Civil Aviation Ordinance, Cap. 448.
Operations may require an aircraft substitution, revised airport, fuel stop, schedule adjustment, payload restriction, or route change. We will communicate material changes promptly. Flights may be delayed, diverted, rescheduled, or canceled because of authority decisions, operator requirements, weather, safety, airport restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
If Nubesjetcorp or the operator cancels the charter for an operational reason not caused by the customer, and the customer does not accept a reasonable alternative, the amount paid for the affected charter will be refunded.
Every passenger must arrive at least one hour before departure with valid government-issued identification and all passports, visas, permits, consent letters, entry documents, or other records communicated during consultation or required by authorities.
Passengers must ensure their documents cover the complete itinerary. Anyone arriving late, lacking documents, supplying inconsistent information, breaching rules, or unable to travel lawfully may be refused carriage. Any refund will follow the cancellation terms and unrecoverable costs.
Disclose baggage, pets, unusual items, and restricted articles before booking. Acceptance depends on capacity, operator rules, customs, and law. Passengers must follow crew instructions and avoid endangering or disrupting the flight.
Send cancellation requests to jets@nubesjetcorp.com from the email address connected with the booking. The request is effective when received by Nubesjetcorp.
If we receive the request at least 48 hours before scheduled departure, the customer is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. If we receive it less than 48 hours before departure, 50% of the paid amount will be retained as a cancellation charge and the remaining 50% will be refunded. Where mandatory law provides a different outcome, that law prevails.
Eligible refunds are made by bank transfer. We may request account and bank details needed to prevent misdirection. Once internally accepted and complete details are supplied, we will initiate processing within 24 hours. Bank processing times remain outside our control.
Failure to arrive in time for departure procedures constitutes a no-show. If the booking party or all passengers fail to appear, the charter is automatically canceled without refund. Related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Use the website only for lawful charter inquiries. Do not submit false identities, interfere with operations, commercially copy protected content, or attempt illegal access.
Emails, records, and electronic acceptance may be used under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, Cap. 553. Supply current contact details and review booking messages.
We handle data under our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486. Necessary information may be shared with operators, airports, authorities, handlers, banks, and service providers.
Service statements remain subject to the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Cap. 362. These Terms exclude no non-excludable rights. Limitations remain subject to Cap. 71, Cap. 457, and Cap. 458.
Where law permits, Nubesjetcorp is not responsible for indirect loss caused by inaccurate passenger information, missing documents, authority decisions, airport closures, weather, air-traffic restrictions, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Prohibited exclusions do not apply.
Hong Kong law governs these Terms, and its courts have nonexclusive jurisdiction. Before proceedings, both parties should seek resolution through written communication.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection available under mandatory Hong Kong law. If a conflict arises between these Terms and a mandatory statutory requirement, the statutory requirement controls. Customers may also contact an appropriate Hong Kong authority regarding rights that cannot be resolved directly with Nubesjetcorp after correspondence.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may update these Terms for legal, operational, or service changes; the version accepted when a paid booking is formed will govern that booking unless law requires otherwise.
