This Framework explains how Nubesjetcorp handles consultation requests, charter cancellations, refunds, no-shows, documentation failures, and operational cancellations. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Mandatory Hong Kong law prevails over conflicting provisions.
Submitting a website consultation request neither books an aircraft nor creates a payment obligation. It remains active for 48 hours for your Hong Kong office visit.
If you do not attend, the request expires automatically. No payment is collected online, so no refund is due. Another request may be submitted, subject to availability.
After consultation, we may prepare a charter plan and quotation. A booking exists only after you accept it, pay the complete amount at our office, and receive written confirmation.
Cancellation deadlines use the stated departure time and local time at the departure airport unless your confirmation provides otherwise.
Email jets@nubesjetcorp.com from the address connected with the booking. Include the reference, passenger name, date, and route. Cancellation takes effect when our email system receives it.
We will acknowledge the request and state the calculation. Telephone, social-media, or operator requests remain incomplete until received at the stated email address.
| Timing or Event | Outcome |
|---|---|
| At least 48 hours before departure | Full refund of the charter amount paid |
| Less than 48 hours before departure | 50 percent refunded and 50 percent retained as a cancellation charge |
| Website consultation expires | No payment collected and no refund required |
| Booking party or all passengers fail to appear | Booking canceled without refund |
The deadline is measured precisely from departure. A Friday flight at 3:00PM. must be canceled by Wednesday at 3:00PM for a full refund. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Passengers must arrive at least one hour before departure. If the booking party or complete group fails to appear, the booking is canceled without refund.
Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification and required travel documents. Missing documentation may cause refusal of carriage. The less-than-48-hour rule applies unless the circumstances constitute a no-show.
Weather, airport restrictions, authority decisions, crew limitations, route permissions, or safety requirements may affect a charter. We may propose a reasonable alternative.
If Nubesjetcorp or the operator cancels for a reason not caused by the customer and no alternative is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded. Customer-caused disruption does not qualify.
Refunds use bank transfer. We may request the account holder name, bank name, account number, and details required to direct payment. Use only the submission method communicated by Nubesjetcorp.
After internal acceptance and receipt of details, Nubesjetcorp will initiate processing within 24 hours. Public holidays and intermediary institutions may affect completion time.
Before processing a refund, we may ask the booking customer to confirm the payment record, cancellation date, receiving account, and relationship to the account holder. This step helps prevent payment errors and protects booking information. Refunds will be calculated only against amounts actually received by Nubesjetcorp for the affected charter. Any separate service supplied and completed before cancellation will be addressed according to the written quotation and applicable law. We will explain any retained amount in writing, including the percentage applied, the reason, and the booking provision supporting the calculation.
Hong Kong laws relevant to this Framework include Cap. 362, Cap. 457, Cap. 71, Cap. 458, Cap. 553, and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486.
Charters may also be subject to the Civil Aviation Ordinance, Cap. 448, and Air Transport (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations, Cap. 448A. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
Send refund questions to jets@nubesjetcorp.com. Provide enough information to locate the booking. We will review the quotation, payment record, cancellation timestamp, and circumstances.
Hong Kong law governs this Framework, and its courts have nonexclusive jurisdiction. Before proceedings, both parties should seek resolution through written communication.
