Charter Questions Answered

Understand Our Charter Booking Policies

Clear answers explain consultations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and passenger responsibilities.

A website consultation request stays active for 48 hours, but it does not reserve an aircraft, create payment obligations, or form a charter booking alone.
Visit our Hong Kong office within 48 hours of submitting your request. Otherwise, the consultation request expires automatically, and you may submit another request later.
Your charter becomes booked after office consultation, acceptance of the written quotation, payment of the complete quoted amount, and receipt of our written booking confirmation.
Email jets@nubesjetcorp.com from the address connected with your booking. Include your booking reference, passenger name, route, and departure date so we can identify it quickly.
Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled departure to receive a full refund. Requests received later receive a 50% refund after the cancellation charge.
If the booking party or complete passenger group fails to appear for departure procedures, the charter is canceled automatically, and no refund is provided afterward.
Eligible refunds are issued through bank transfer. After internal acceptance and receipt of complete banking details, we initiate processing within 24 hours, excluding bank delays.
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Hong Kong law. Necessary information may be shared with operators, airports, banks, handlers, and authorities lawfully.

Explore Aircraft Before You Charter

Learn how aircraft selection, cabins, baggage, routes, and amenities work.

Aircraft selection depends on route length, passenger count, baggage, airport requirements, cabin preferences, aircraft location, crew availability, and operating conditions for your requested journey individually.
Website aircraft pages provide general model information. The specific aircraft, interior, seating, amenities, registration, and configuration will be explained clearly through your quotation before payment.
Passenger capacity varies by aircraft configuration, baggage volume, route, and operating limits. Share accurate traveler numbers so we can assess suitable aircraft options for you.
Some aircraft can use smaller regional airports, depending on runway length, operating hours, local facilities, weather, and permissions. We assess practical airports during consultation accordingly.
Each aircraft has separate passenger and baggage limits. Tell us the number, approximate size, and type of bags, sports equipment, instruments, or unusual items early.
Cabin amenities vary among individual aircraft. Seating layouts, sleeping positions, washrooms, connectivity, entertainment, tables, and in-flight baggage access will be stated when information is available.
Pets may travel when the aircraft operator, airports, destination rules, and documentation permit. Disclose the animal during consultation so appropriate arrangements can be considered fully.
Aircraft substitutions may occur because of availability or operational requirements. We may propose a comparable option and explain any material change before the journey proceeds.

Plan Every Part With Confidence

Prepare for documents, airports, catering, schedules, and international travel requirements.

Passengers should arrive at the airport at least one hour before departure, allowing sufficient time for identity, documentation, baggage, and departure procedures to be completed.
Every traveler must carry valid government-issued identification and all passports, visas, permits, consent letters, and entry documents required by the itinerary and relevant authorities throughout.
International charter planning may require immigration arrangements, customs procedures, landing permissions, overflight permissions, and passenger documentation. Requirements depend on the route, destination, and traveler nationality.
Share accessibility requirements during consultation. Aircraft entrances, aisles, seating, washrooms, and airport facilities differ, so advance information helps us assess suitable arrangements for your journey.
Catering options depend on departure timing, airport facilities, aircraft equipment, dietary requests, and supplier availability. State your preferences early so available choices can be discussed.
Departure times may change because of weather, air-traffic restrictions, airport hours, crew limitations, authority decisions, or operational requirements. We communicate updates as promptly as possible.
You may request regional, cross-border, business, family, or multi-stop travel. Route feasibility depends on aircraft range, airport access, permissions, payload, weather, and prevailing operating conditions.
